Suaimhneas Saunas

Recharge, reconnect with nature, and leave rejuvinated.

Authentic wood-fired sauna on the lakeshore in Mullingar.

About Suaimhneas

Suaimhneas (pronounced soo-av-niss) is the Irish word for peace.

Nestled along the lakeshore in Mullingar, Suaimhneas Saunas was created as a place to slow down and reconnect — with nature, with others, and with yourself.

Our traditional wood-fired sauna offers an authentic experience rooted in simplicity. Crackling firewood, panoramic lake views, fresh country air, and the invigorating contrast of cold water.

Whether you come alone for quiet reflection or with friends for shared ritual, you’ll leave warmer, lighter, and renewed.
